Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens brings together five acres of gardens, gathering spaces, and two historic barns in the Lancaster County countryside.
The Grand Barn, built in 1820, offers more than 3,600 square feet for dinner, dancing, and celebration beneath soaring rafters. Nearby, the Tobacco Barn gives couples a warm, intimate setting for the ceremony, framed by original details and handcrafted Spanish cedar doors.
Beyond the barns, guests can move through gardens, gather beneath the lights, step outside for a quiet conversation, or spend time around the courtyard and outdoor bar. The property feels connected without keeping everyone in one room.

Dawn and Brian have spent years shaping Stoltzfus into a place where weddings feel personal from the moment couples arrive. Their care shows in the gardens, the preserved barns, and the handmade details throughout the property, including pieces crafted by their own family. That personal connection carries into the way they welcome couples and help each wedding feel at home here.

THE GRAND BARN
Built in 1820
The Grand Barn brings height, history, and warmth to dinner and dancing. Draping, chandelier lighting, and wide doors opening toward the outdoor bar give the reception a sense of occasion without feeling overly formal.
TOBACCO BARN
An Intimate Place to Say Your Vows
The Tobacco Barn offers a warm, intimate ceremony setting with white beams, antique hardware, and handcrafted Spanish cedar doors. Many couples choose it for its historic character, and it also provides a lovely indoor alternative when the weather changes.
OUTDOOR CEREMONIES
Say Your Vows in the Gardens
For outdoor ceremonies, couples can choose the Secret Garden or the Wedding Garden. Both offer a natural, open-air setting framed by greenery and blooms, with room for guests to gather as you exchange vows beneath the sky.
THE BRIDAL SUITE
A Wedding Morning With Space to Settle In
The Bridal Suite gives the bride and her closest people a private place for hair, makeup, photographs, music, and time together before the ceremony. Its location near the pond adds a calm start to the day.
GROOM'S ROOM
A Place to Gather Before It All Begins
The Groom’s Room offers a comfortable place to get dressed, share a drink, and spend time together before the ceremony. A private deck overlooking the pond creates an easy setting for fresh air and photos.
THE HOMESTEAD
Where The Wedding Starts Taking Shape
The Homestead is where couples meet with the Stoltzfus team, ask questions, and make many of the choices that shape the day. It also houses the design shop, giving couples a hands-on way to view rental pieces and picture them throughout the property.
THE COURTYARD
Where Guests Gather and Stay Awhile
The courtyard sits between the main venue spaces, with lawn games, a bar, and a wood-burning fire. String lights bring a warm glow as the evening settles in, giving guests room to gather, step outside, and enjoy the property at their own pace.

Plan the Details

Arrive With the Property Ready
The Stoltzfus team prepares the included spaces and selected rental pieces before the celebration begins. A site host and event staff are available during the day based on the inclusions in your package.
